My client is a Global MNC who contributes to the resolution of energy management problems, through pursuit of technological innovation in electric and thermal energy. They are looking for an immediate customer service executive to cover for a 6 months maternity, a rare opportunity to join them and work for this big family!
Responsibilities:
- Manage quotation and customer purchase orders. Act as a customer interface – understand customer requirements, liaise with Headquarter regarding pricing and delivery, process customer sales orders, handle customer enquiries, manage delivery issues, observes sales and delivery terms (30%).
- Purchase order entry and invoice issuing in the System, follow through the project till end (30%).
- Prepare & submit warranty table of customers to Headquarter, follow through with HQ or factory on customers’ requirements. i.e. quality related issues, spare part requirements and man hour charges report and other admin support (15%).
- Prepare sales reports for manager to review as well as to HQ (15%).
- Act as liaison between customer and local after sales service support team or service partners in customer technical support scheduling (10%).
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Business Studies and equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience in technical customer support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer orientation, meticulous and adaptable to changes
- Team player with positive service mindset
- Multi-task and have effective follow up skills
- Well verse in Ms Words/Excel
