JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in identifying and develop new business opportunities in target markets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Present and promote the company’s products to potential clients.
Implement strategic sales plans for market penetration and revenue growth.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure with supervision.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and customer support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide regular sales reports and insights to Management
JOB REQUIREMENT
Min. Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2years of experience in building materials is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Highly sales driven, motivated and resilient with a positive attitude.
Self-Motivated & Team player
Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Korean language is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Willing to travel (as often as once/month)
