JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain standard CMM programs for component inspection, including setup and operation.
Update and manage existing CMM programs on the server.
Inspect production and first-article parts according to engineering drawings.
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot inspection methods.
Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Follow all relevant SOPs and company policies.
Support new methods and concepts for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to the Section Leader.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
GCE ‘N’ Level or Technical Certificate (or higher).
Minimum 3 years of experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
Proficient in English (reading and writing).
Skilled in operating CMM machines and interpreting CMM reports.
Experience in CMM programming and operation.
