Clinical Receptionist
Job Summary
A professional, confident, and customer-focused individual dedicated to ensuring seamless clinic operations. The role encompasses managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, administrative support, and effective coordination within the reception team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage appointments and incoming calls efficiently.
- Update medical records in full compliance with PDPA and clinic policies.
- Provide support for Japanese-speaking patients.
- Manage email correspondence and offer administrative assistance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is an advantage. (Interaction with Japanese patients is required.)
- Familiarity with basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a pleasant and patient-friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Two Saturdays off per month
