JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for responding timely customers’ inquiries pertaining cash management products and services
- Responsible to coordinate, collaborate and/or direct all internal stakeholders to drive all internal stakeholders to drive all customers’ issues and enquiries to a satisfactory resolution and closure
- Customer’s inquiries and issues including customer’s onboarding, training, post implementation follow up, technical support, trouble shooting, new request acceptance from customer and task specified by Team Head, Section Head and MDs
- Responsible to work with Front Office and Bank Office to ensure business continuity between customers and Bank.
- To identify gaps and improvement areas to communicate these as leads to Product Team, Sales and Front Office.
- To identify cross sell opportunities and recommend Bank Products and services to customers.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of Banking experience.
- Cash Management, Remittance Operation, Client Support, Front office. At least one are experience is desirable. IT knowledge is also advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills with Flexible, attentive and customer focus approach are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and ability to multi-task yet meticulous
- Customer centric and good team player.
