Our client, a Singapore-based lifestyle and concierge platform, is hiring for a business strategy & operations manager. This role will be in charge to establish partnership with local merchants, communities, and chain brands to drive business implementation and user growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market and business analysis to evaluate new opportunities, build financial models, and recommend strategic directions.
Drive new business development by identifying opportunities, launching MVPs, and forming partnerships to grow user engagement.
Execute strategic plans by managing supply-demand operations, running growth experiments, and collaborating with tech teams for product iteration.
Monitor performance metrics (e.g., order volume, retention) and continuously optimize operations based on data insights.
Lead UGC ecosystem initiatives by recruiting content creators, planning campaigns, and enhancing content distribution strategies.
3+ years of relevant experience in internet operations, consulting, VC industry research, or a startup environment.
Solid market research and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic direction.
Experience with 0-to-1 cold-start phases; preference for candidates with UGC platform or local lifestyle/O2O service experience.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Adaptable to a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment, capable of handling multiple roles.
