Due to a global expansion need, we are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to be based in Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Comprehend the business landscape and conduct comprehensive business analysis, integrating internal and external data to offer analytical support for company strategy, tactical decisions, and operational choices.
• Develop a business analysis evaluation system focusing on the health of the business model, encompassing KPIs and core process monitoring indicators. Execute tracking and analysis, providing objective assessments of business results and offering suggestions and insights for business development, actively assisting with implementation.
• Gather market, industry, and competitor information from various sources, establish, and continually enhance analysis systems for market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor tracking. Analyze macro trends down to micro-strategies, covering core competencies, product features, user experiences, marketing, etc. Identify opportunities and provide professional business recommendations, supporting implementation efforts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Possess over 5 years of experience in data analysis and business decision-making, with a background in industries such as payment, e-commerce, internet finance, and data consulting.
• Acquainted with cutting-edge data solutions in the industry.
• Proficient in independently crafting business data analysis reports and communicating effectively with business and operations teams.
• Demonstrated success in data-driven business implementation, solving practical problems, creating tangible value, and contributing significantly to achieving business KPIs.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields such as mathematics, statistics, computer science. Strong English language skills as a working language, and proficiency in using SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SAS, R, Python), visualization tools (Tableau), and data tools (ETL, Hive, HQL). Priority given to experience in A/B test design and testing.
