Our client is a leading IT consulting company in Japan, supporting clients’ transformation of management, business, and IT.
We are looking for a PMO that will support Senior Directors and other managers in delivering IT consulting services to Japanese mega banks and various financial institutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying client issues, developing proposals based on IT solutions, and related consulting activities.
Manage project progress and issues, and prepare reports or other project deliverables based on the assigned role.
Analyze business processes, develop business requirements, and produce related specifications according to the project role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Project management certifications, such as PMP, are preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience either managing and driving system implementation projects as a PMO, or in operations planning as a Business Analyst, is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability or willingness to engage with clients to identify issues, propose solutions, and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills, particularly in preparing project management deliverables.
- Knowledge of, or analytical skills related to, client business domains.
