Our client, a reputable ICT solutions provider with global presence, is looking to hire a Japanese-speaking Sales engineer to join their team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to potential clients
● Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
● Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements.
● Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
● Help clients to solve problems with product usage.
● Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective.
● Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
● Collect and document competitive intelligence
JOB REQUIREMENTS
● 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role
● Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
● Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience
● Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills
● Presentation skills and ability to convey product value
● Good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● BA/BS or IT degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base
● Experience participating in meetings in Japanese language as we have regular meetings with our Japan HQ security team conducted in Japanese language.
● Japanese language at business proficiency level to communicate with our Japanese clients for business needs/proposals/execution as well as for reporting purposes to our Japan HQ
