Due to a global expansion need, we are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to be based in Singapore.

As a member of the company's core intelligence team, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and advancing strategic initiatives, enhancing the company's data analysis capabilities and the robustness of large-scale data infrastructures. You'll contribute to the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics department, leading research and development for data insight extraction across all business areas and participating in the strategic planning and execution of key projects for the financial institution.
You will:
- Engage in every stage of a Business Intelligence & Data solution project, from identifying initial issues to deploying the final solution.
- Convert business needs into analytical development and implementation plans.
- Seek and implement improvements in data solutions through automation, statistical models, visual dashboards, or machine learning techniques.
- Turn business challenges into data-driven solutions by analyzing and understanding data, incorporating industry-specific knowledge.
- Create and refine an analytics framework to provide actionable insights, guiding business teams towards data-informed improvements.
- Facilitate communication between key business stakeholders and database support teams, fostering collaborative efforts to enhance data solutions into more encompassing and effective systems.
- Educate and guide business professionals in adopting a data-centric approach from the beginning to the end of projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Statistics.
- A minimum of six years of verifiable experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics fields, must have prior experience working within banking or fintech sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and launching data insight frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in fostering user growth, developing metrics, conducting A/B testing, and modelling data.
- Exceptional skills in managing relationships with stakeholders.
- A mindset that is analytical, focused on results, and capable of handling uncertain scenarios to form perceptive conclusions.
