Business Development Manager - Telecom Systems, Construction

• Lead and develop project opportunities for mostly new construction projects.
• Collaborate closely with MEP consultants during construction design stage, s/he will cultivate leads to support and influence design decisions.
• Connect with relevant industry networks and associations to key accounts to effectively promote Network consultation.
• Expand networks and be able to successfully manage progress as the projects move through different project stages.
• Track and qualify opportunities and develop funnels for large public or commercial sector infrastructure projects.
• Analyzing industry trends and collaborating with internal teams to optimize offerings and services to capture upcoming opportunities
• Lead the development of key MEP strategic accounts by coordinating with necessary resources to meet business objectives
• Communicate progress and update account status via available sales / CRM systems to both internal and external key stakeholders
• Be able to lead and maintain ample coordination through regular communications (meetings, reports, planning session, etc.) to ensure timely alerts of activities and reporting on sales opportunities and project issues
• Serve as the focal point and lead as a key account manager and exercise necessary judgement to balance and ensure long term customer satisfaction and business succuss

• Degree / Diploma in building service or engineering related disciplines
• Min 2-3 years' relevant experience with proven track record of successful business development or sales in the construction industry, with emphasis on working with MEP / BSE design consultants and other M&E sub-contractors
• Strong network and connections within the construction industry
