Business Analyst (AML System)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of the famous tech consulting firms is looking to hire a Business Analyst to work with their client, a bank. Your title will be confirmed as either Consultant , Senior Consultant or Manager based on your experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for business analysis for banking process/system (AML)
• Responsible for communication with banking clients and our project members
• Responsible for creating necessary documents like As-Is/To-Be business process flow, Requirement Document, Use Case, Data Analysis, System Architecture and Project Plan

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in business consulting or IT consulting
• High proficiency of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and excellent documentation skill
• Having excellent presentation skills
• Able to commit a long term assignment (at least 1 year)
• Must have an excellent analytical, presentation, documentation and soft skills including communication on how to handle existing clients and be client-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• General banking business process/system knowledge
• Experience of working in Japanese companies
• Experience of working in banking projects
• Experience of working in GRC(Governance, Risk & Compliance), System Implementation or Business Process Enhancement related projects
• Experience of project management
• Basic data analysis skill
• Basic knowledge/skill on Database applications (SQL, ER diagram, ETL etc.)
