JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, and deploy PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and scripts.
Optimize existing PL/SQL code for performance and maintainability.
Work closely with application developers, data engineers, and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical database solutions.
Manage and maintain Oracle database structures including tables, views, indexes, and constraints.
Conduct data analysis, data validation, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
Assist with performance tuning, query optimization, and database debugging.
Support data migration, ETL processes, and integration activities across systems.
Ensure data security, quality, and compliance with company’s policies.
Participate in code reviews and documentation of technical solutions.
Provide production support for database-related issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Atleast 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Hands on experience in:
PL/SQL programming (packages, procedures, functions)
SQL query writing and optimization
Database schema design and data modelling
Performance tuning using Oracle tools (Explain Plan, TKProf, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c or higher.
Strong SQL scripting skill in modifying complex queries and stored procedures.
