Assistant Manager, SAP S/4 HANA-Japanese Speaking

My client is a company in the enterprise consulting industry is hiring for an Assistant Manager position to lead a high-impact SAP S/4HANA migration project. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on global initiatives and contribute to strategic system changes.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• ead the complete SAP S/4HANA data migration process, ensuring seamless execution.
• Define migration requirements, strategy, and scope, including tool selection and methodology.
• Coordinate data mapping, cleansing, and transformation activities.
• Plan and manage cutover operations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders across international offices, including Japan HQ.
• Prepare clear documentation and deliver regular progress updates.
• Support business process reengineering initiatives aligned with system transformation goals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 7 years of experience in SAP system migration projects within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA migration, particularly with PP, SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Proficiency in documenting strategies using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Japanese to effectively engage with Japanese-speaking clients.
• Familiarity with mcframe and experience with ETL tools such as SAP Data Services or DataSpider is advantageous.
