JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate IT projects from the initiation phase to release phases.
• Take charge of project initiation and management as a Project Manager, handling tasks like scheduling, ensuring quality, and managing costs.
• Responsible for coordinating with project team members to facilitate projects.
• Supervise sizable teams for application development team and accounting system replacement.
• Engage in stakeholder communication.
• Develop comprehensive project plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Over 7 years of IT project management experience.
• Excellent communication skill in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking stake holders.
• Proven track record of client-facing engagements.
• Proficiency in standard project management methodologies like PMBOK.
• Seasoned in serving as a client-side Project Manager.
• Skilled in mentoring project management and PMO members.
