Application Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client, a manufacturer of precision processing equipment and tooling for semiconductor industry is currently expanding and is looking for suitable candidates for the Application Engineer  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• This position is reporting to the application manager and is responsible to perform in house application test cut and on-site customer support.
• Process development support to customer and process customer claim for abrasive product
• Establish and maintaining good relationship with customers.
• Liaise with engineer from Japan and any other ad hoc assignment as assigned by the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Diploma qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or other Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in semiconductor industry
• Knowledge in Dicer, Grinder and Laser will be an added advantage.
• Customer and solution oriented
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
