Our client, a Japanese real estate company, is looking for a General Affairs Administrator(Japanese Speaker).

-Preparation of documents
-Communication with accounting firm
-You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Processing expenses, scheduling, making travel arrangements, handing over invoices, etc.
-At least 3 years of back office or clerical experience.
Experience in general affairs, accounting and human resources is preferred.
-Business level Japanese/Business level English(Necessary for internal and external communication.)
-Work hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
