[Responsibilities]
Your main task is overall general affairs and admin works as well as supporting HR Executives and directors.
In fast pace recruiting business world you will be required manage several different tasks at the same time.
The job requires flexible mind set and constantly prioritizing your tasks.

4. Reporting <Checking>

[Requirements]
■2 – 3 years’ working experience in general affairs preferred
■Excellent skills with multi-tasking abilities, including MS skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
■Proactive and positive attitude to work, willing to learn by their own
■Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and a spirit for making things better
