Your New Role
Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Perform financial consolidation across entities.
Ensure timely submission of statutory filings such as GST, CPF, and other regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external accounting firms, auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support finance process improvements and automation initiatives.
Key Qualifications for Success
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Added advantage if you come from an industrial or manufacturing background.
