Oversee the full order‑to‑cash accounting cycle within a managed service provider (MSP) shared service model.
Monitor MSP performance against core service metrics, including sales reconciliation, net settlement reconciliation, and variance investigation leading to month‑end revenue accruals.
Address escalations and performance gaps by providing coaching and guidance to the MSP team.
Regularly review and enhance MSP procedural documentation to maintain compliance and drive process improvements.
Prepare month‑end financial reporting and analytical packs for the digital marketplace, delivering clear insights derived from high‑volume data.
Collaborate with the Corporate Accounting team on accounting implications relating to digital marketplace changes.
Work closely with the Country Controller and Tax teams to ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
Provide ongoing operational support to ensure smooth platform performance, including retail campaign support, timely collections, platform fee validation, and multi‑system data accuracy.
Partner with Business, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to troubleshoot operational or system interface issues, support system testing, and recommend improvements to strengthen controls.
Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency across the order‑to‑cash process.
Work regularly with SEA&I Finance & Controlling teams and cross‑functional partners such as Supply Chain Operations, Technology, and Nike Direct Digital Commerce.
Partner with MSP teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery and operational accuracy.
CA/CPA qualification and/or Degree in Accountancy with 5–7 years’ experience in revenue accounting, accounts receivable, financial closing/analysis, or audit.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and resolve issues in complex operational environments.
Strong experience in digital marketplace accounting and high‑volume data reconciliations.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convert data into meaningful insights.
SAP experience preferred; familiarity with automation tools, data systems, or multi‑system processes is an advantage.
