A leading electronics manufacturer is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of their bonded warehouse here in Singapore. You will be reporting directly to the Regional Supply Chain Director.
About the Role:

Your main responsibility as the Warehouse Manager is to manage all warehouse activities including ensuring the daily operations are in line with the compliances, regulations, and company policies. You will also be working very closely with external parties on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to supervise receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce efficient operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. Oversee stock control and reconcile data storage system records.
- Direct and oversee warehouse security measures to maintain KCR certification.
- Develop annual budgets, reports, and statistics (e.g., IN/OUT status report, dead stock report).
- Solicit feedback and monitor service quality.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives for better operations efficiency in the warehouse
- Provide leadership, management, and mentorship to a team.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics or equivalent with 5 years of managerial experience
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Good leadership with supervisory experience in leading a team
- Strong in decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
