Evaluate and restructure existing funding models to create a more integrated and cost-effective financing framework.
Design and roll out a global cash pooling mechanism, selecting optimal jurisdictions based on operational, tax, and liquidity considerations.
Centralize foreign exchange risk management by transitioning intra-group transactions to a re-invoicing model and implementing internal FX settlements.

Drive initiatives to secure and maintain Singapore’s Global Treasury Centre incentive, including compliance and strategic planning.
Establish and enforce global treasury policies, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., OFAC, AML, KYC) and robust internal controls.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement efforts across treasury functions.
