Technical Specialist, Image Guided Surgery / RT

• Experienced and fully competent with a robust and very stable emotional network towards his colleagues, superiors and customers in order to maintain a long-term relationship and develop future business.
• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, inspections and complex repairs of complete product portfolio (hardware, software and network configuration)
• Execute SW/HW updates and/or upgrades and perform product verifications and calibrations
• Effectively communicate with customers to perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Read, analyze, interpret/arrange network diagrams, schematics and wiring diagrams
• Plan, organize, and implement all service assignments conscientiously and independently
• Complete every installation or service assignment efficiently and in a timely manner
• Instruct, educate and provide on-site guidance and assistance to hospital personnel (physicists, therapists, Biomedical and Information Technologies staff) on the use of products and services, maximizing product efficiency and usage.
• Efficient preparation, implementation and documentation of service activities based on experience on complete product portfolio to maximize customer experience
• Report and document complaints and suggestions to allocated peers and departments.

• Preferably a Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent or highly proficient in English
• Possesses outgoing, positive, confident, meticulous and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strict attention to detail, work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
