A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Executive this position involves maintaining and expanding customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain current sales accounts and promote new products for upselling
- Follow up with potential new customers to explore sales opportunities for new products
- Schedule daily sales visits and customer calls
- Achieve sales and profit targets as set by management
- Initiate and track sales leads, process sales orders, and manage deliveries
- Assist customers in gathering technical information and provide support
- Ensure excellent after-sales service for customers
To succeed as the Technical Sales Executive job, you will requires a combination of effective relationship-building, proactive prospecting, consistent follow-up, and continuous adaptation to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements:

- Hold a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in sales or application of mechanical/electrical components or related fields in industrial automation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver formal presentations
- Driven by results and self-motivated to take on new challenges
- Customer-centric approach and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Proven track record in following up on sales leads and closing orders
