Due to a global expansion need, we are currently looking for a Strategic Partnership Director to be based in Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• This role involves nurturing long-term partnerships by maintaining high-quality interactions with key global partners at all levels. The focus is on creating mutual business value through a unified vision in areas such as payment solutions, marketing, and user growth.
• You will need to comprehend our partners' long-term development plans, spotting opportunities for more in-depth cooperation. Crafting and implementing strategies to enhance cross-selling with Global Strategic Partners is crucial, aiming to boost revenue and market share in relevant sectors.
• Offer valuable insights and advice to stakeholders, utilizing a data-driven approach. Regular engagement with Strategic Partners is essential.
• Maintain effective and meaningful communication with both internal teams and external partners.
• Develop team growth strategies and assist new members in their professional development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership in Strategic Partnership Management, preferably in fintech payment and marketing solutions, with a focus on serving Financial Institutions.
• A track record of successfully executing business strategies, policies, and operational decisions.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with global financial institution clients.
• Demonstrates self-driven and forward-thinking qualities, with a proactive approach to relationship-building and problem-solving.
• A collaborative nature, excelling in working with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in challenging scenarios, team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
• Able to influence within a matrixed organizational structure and adapt to various team needs.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
