JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to supervise, plan, direct, and monitor the activities of the warranty and service team to meet company’s established corporate goals, business plan/budget, product warranty policy, deliver satisfactory level of customer satisfaction through training, field trouble resolution and enhancement of dealer operational capability. Support internal stakeholders in new product or new business development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Business Management
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of business service experience in material handling products or industrial equipment
- Regional dealership operation knowledge
- Service business management and analytical skill
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Cross cultural sensitivity
- Travelling required (Regional)
