A well known Japanese company, manufacter of instruments and medical device.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop business of the company's solutions/products to increase overseas sales
• Maintain and network with distributors and customers to maintain the accounts, promote and expand accounts
• Be efficient in negotiating the terms, price, delivery and specification with distributors about agreement or each sales contract, watch deliveries and close sales
• Understand solutions the company offers, ranging from basic to advanced full research grade microscope systems, develop, execute sales and marketing strategy
• Support distributors in a timely manner, make visits overseas customers when necessary.
• Get involved in product launches and work on strategy, plans and execute them
• Do demonstration and presentation of our solutions
• Manage credit control of distributors
• Manage sales data, make analysis, regular reporting to Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Degree in Business Management or other relevant studies
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in bioscience industry
• Having microscopy usage or knowledge will be an advantage
• Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable and resourceful
• Having initiative to learn and excel in Sales career
• Able to work both independently and as an effective team player
• Able to travel at least once per month; if required
