Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead the charge in developing comprehensive project plans for new equipment installation, ensuring meticulous follow-up and qualification processes to guarantee flawless execution.
• Dive deep into our existing processes, conducting robust analyses to identify opportunities for enhancement. With your keen eye for detail and fact-based insights, you'll spearhead transformative process changes that elevate our operations to new heights.
• Oversee the data trends for in-process specs using PDA, SAP and other tools
• Be the guardian of quality, executing and championing PFMEA on all critical processes. Your commitment to excellence will ensure that every aspect of our operations meets and exceeds the highest industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, guiding and training our talented technicians and engineering teams to achieve operational excellence. Your leadership will empower our teams to embrace Lean principles and drive innovation at every turn.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Material Science Engineering, coupled with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in machine commissioning and metal processing.
• Adept at developing and executing strategic plans, with a proven track record of driving process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Possess a keen analytical mind and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as SPC tools, DOE, FMEA, and Lean techniques. Your ability to tackle complex challenges head-on will be instrumental in driving our success.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong cross-functional relationships. Your ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization will be key to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
