JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
PC Setup and Configuration:
Day to day helpdesk
Install and configure computer hardware, operation systems, and applications.
Setup and initial settings for new computers
PC troubleshooting, maintenance and support
Day-to-day Helpdesk Functions:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Communicate with system vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate maintenance.
Collaborate with headquarters IT team to ensure alignment with corporate IT policies and standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education : Degree or Diploma with major in IT, system engineer, computer science, olr related field.
Experience :
Basic knowledge about Windows OS.
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
Business level Japanese language skill to align with vendors and HQ closely.
