Our client is one of the leading financial institution in the region. Currently they are looking for Senior Officer to join their team in Singapore office.
Job Description
· Having the ability to prepare and manage the entire Contractual documentation for providing financing facility to Corporate Customers.
· Contractual Documentation includes Quotations, Credit Facility Applications, Purchase Orders, New Contracts, Contract Amendments, Contract Termination, Contract Maturity, etc.
· Oversee the entire contractual processes, from Pre-contractual negotiation, Credit Application, and Approval process, Contract formation, After-sales servicing to Contract maturity, etc.
· Actively liaise with customers and suppliers for new transactions.
· Responsible for maintaining the existing customer base.
· Responsible for overdue and bad debt collection.
· Responsible for targets set.
Requirement
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any related business discipline.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
