- Overseeing the design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets and timelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and projects managers to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant.
- Conducting site visits, managing client relationships and presenting design proposals to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitch presentations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, preferably in senior or lead role
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices
- Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, Nparks and relevant building codes
- Technical skills such as CAD, 3D modelling and other industry-standards design tools
- Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
