As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities for Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) products and solutions, serving as the main point of contact for end-customers and dealers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships within the Marine, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation sectors to promote product adoption and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, address customer inquiries, and offer technical consultations to facilitate decision-making.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations, contract development, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Gather, analyse, and present market insights and performance data through comprehensive sales reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and key meetings to promote brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Support the team’s success and contribute to organizational goals as required.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.

 

Key Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or Business-related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in domestic sales, preferably within industrial instrumentation or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage channel partners and clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach, while also contributing as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce database is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good business acumen, with a solid understanding of industrial sectors and sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel overseas occasionally for business activities.
