JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-working Business:
Drive sales for new tenants.
Communicate effectively with potential tenants.
Develop and implement event ideas.
Prepare and operate events to attract new members or update the member database.
Manage tenant statuses and vacant rooms.
Handle contracts with tenants.
Coordinate with the Operations team to enhance service quality.
Network with tenants.
Promotion Business:
Manage the progress of promotion projects with tenants.
Organize documents for promotion projects.
Communicate with clients regarding promotion projects.
Assist with sales for promotion projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in promotion business.
Experience in property sales.
Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
Proven experience as a sales representative.
Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Team player who can handle a fast-paced work environment.
