Your New Role: As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across order management, logistics coordination, and administrative support. You will work closely with internal teams, subsidiaries, and dealers to maintain high service standards and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration: Support the sales team by managing documentation, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
- Order Management: Process and issue accurate sales orders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal procedures. Handle order amendments and maintain service contracts.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, issue shipping instructions via SAP, and coordinate timely deliveries. Track payments and assist in collections.
- Reporting & Invoicing: Generate sales invoices, assist with month-end closing, and prepare monthly sales and order intake reports for management review.
- General Support: Maintain organized records, manage office supplies, and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and international trade (Incoterms) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
- Any logistics or shipment-related certification will be an advantage.
