JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and provide support to customers and managers
• Perform sales administrative and order management functions
• Handle customer enquiries and correspondences
• Liaise with various departments on product quality and new product development matters
• Handle Affiliate Sales Enquiries and correspondences on order and deliveries.
• Any other sales administration and marketing related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Relevant working experience in manufacturing sector
• Must be proficient in business Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and Adaptable
