Responsibilities
• Perform own business activities to hunt for potential leads
• Establish customer relationships via personal visits, email, phone correspondence, etc
• Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers
• Execute sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects
• Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts, key contacts and critical personal at various client organisations in order to solicit information for securing business
• Organise and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, business retention and expansion
• Provide rate quotes and lead commercial negotiation with customers
Requirements
§ Min 4-5 years of working experience in Logistics field
§ Experience in regional sales / regional account management in 3PL companies
§ Proven track record in regional sales / account management with key players and customers network
§ Knowledge in logistics industry and understand how to increase market penetration
§ Understanding in warehousing, transportation, distribution service and IT solutions
§ Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external associates at all levels
§ Strong communication and presentation skills
