Project Manager (Infrastructure, Japanese-speaking)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and lead the project team
• Co-ordination with the external vendors who are engaged in the project
• Detailed project planning and control
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary
• Monitoring project progress and performance
• Providing progress updates to all stake holders
• Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities
• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
• Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing program
• Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Proficiency in Business level Japanese Language (spoken and written) is a must in order to liaise with Japanese clients
• Minimum 8 years of IT work experience (focused on Infra) with at least 5 years of Project management experience 
• Experienced in implementation projects of Infrastructure (including server, storage, network etc.)
• Experienced in setting up server
• Certifications in Project Management are advantageous
• Able to balance between project requirements and people management to achieve project targets within deadlines and budget
• Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
