- Drive operational rhythms including cross-functional meetings, monthly updates, and interactive sessions.
The successful Program Manager will be sales focused, ability to drive programs and manage sales/business operations and possess outstanding communication skills.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Program Management, Sales Excellence, Business Operations, Project, or Business Management.
- Prior involvement in software industry is essential, given the learning curve.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, including advanced functions.
- Strong communication skills with partner/channel exposure in the technology sector.
- Experience in budget management, spend tracking, and ROI analysis; familiarity with data visualization tools is advantageous.
