Product Designer
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering to design and develop new products and features.
Conduct user research, product discovery and usability testing to inform product design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Ensure that designs are consistent with our brand and design standards.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to the product team.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on product goals.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, market and data analysis.
Deliver pixel-perfect designs and design assets to engineering teams.
Co-create a product culture within the company.
Identify and propose ideas for features, product & business strategies.
Job Competencies:
3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on UI and UX design.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Experience with user research, product discovery, and usability testing.
English native proficiency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Proactive, growth-oriented learner.
