Professional Services provider is looking for a Relationship Manager to handle accounts of Japanese clients in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
· Review of accounting reports and monitoring of schedule to ensure the quality and timeliness
· Review of corporate tax provision, individual tax and related tax works
· Good understanding of company secretarial works
· Good Communication / liaise with clients / external parties the smooth operation of the clients
· Ensure clients’ relevant/ statutory deadlines are met
· Provide training / guidance to assistant managers / senior consultants/ consultants
· Keeping abreast of Singapore and International Accounting / Tax/ Companies Regulations
· Co-ordinate / Liaise with clients’ auditor on necessary support
· Other Ad-hoc assignments as and when required
· Other administrative and related matters as and when requested
Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
· 7 years above relevant working experience in consulting firm
· Good understanding of company secretarial works
· Good experience in communication with clients/external parties for the smooth operation of the clients
· High level Japanese is required for better communication with Japanese clients
