Our client is looking for Industry or Mixed Development new building construction Project Management experienced talent to join their team.
[Job Scope]
· Overall project management to ensure quality, cost, delivery, safety, and environment.
· Develop project plan to monitoring progress
· Evaluate project risk and take precautions countermeasure
· Ensure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
· Resolve any problems that may arise
· Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
[Requirement]
· Has Project Management experience at A1 grade construction company
· Having from beginning to end new building construction project management experience for industry or mixed development
· Manage project by a hands-on approach
· Objective oriented and able to respect the different culture and work well
