M&E Engineer

Position Title: M&E Engineer/Manager
Our client is Global Construction Company that handles projects both in Singapore and Oversea.

Job Description:

·         Assisting the Project Manager in supervising works related to mechanical and electrical aspects

·         Work closely with team and rectify any issues that occur on site

·         To coordinate with consultants and sub­contractors in monitoring the site progress and ensuring the smooth completion of the project

 

Job Requirements:

·         Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

·         Minimum 5 years' relevant experience

·         Able to plan and check combined services drawings

·         To identify variation works and submit accurate cost implications

·         Schedule, supervise and control sub­contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications

·         Able to lead a team and manage a team of Supervisors (M&E) and sub­contractors

·         Well­versed in MS Excel, MS Project or Primavera

·         Able to converse in Japanese Language will be an added advantages (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates)

·         Frequent overseas travel is required
