Manage experts who are capable of comprehensive EPCC evaluation of large main rotating equipment (compressor, turbine). Comprehensive quality check over all areas of EPCC and direct intervention when there is an issue.
(1) Comprehensive review of all disciplines for large main rotating equipment
- Check purchase order phase (MR, TBE, PO) and participate in vendor KOMs for early information set up
- Review key vendor print design information and interface between electrical, instrumentation and piping
- Prior review of 3D modeling and HAZOP
- Check whether the important points of fabrication, construction and operation are captured in the design
(2) Fabrication and inspection management of large main rotating equipment
- Process management monitoring (sub-order placement, fabrication status)
- Witness and check major inspection phase (PIM, MRT, final inspection)
(3) Management of construction and operation of large main rotating equipment
- Provide support at site during installation and help develop installation and preservation procedures
- Prior inspection for operation of main equipment
(cleaning, preservation, utility, function, etc.)
- Identify operation-related information that require special attention and share with client and commissioning persons
