Our client is HR Consulting firm and they are looking for a L&D Manager to support the Group Company's training & development programs
Role
- Planning and carrying out PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) on existing training programs in the region. Mainly reviewing and planning to identify organizational training needs and training interventions in alignment with workforce strategies for business growth
- Planning for new training programs; if necessary, collaborate with HQ HR, and HR in other regions to identify the competency gap and the learning requirements based on the business needs; provide insights to the L&D strategy of the organization, have in‐depth understanding and strong alignment on it
- Designing, planning, and facilitating interactive programs that engage and educate participants in various settings that align with the Organization’s goals and objectives
- Any adhoc duties as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in L&D role, with experience carrying out learning needs analysis and facilitating workshops
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to communicate in Japanese would be advantageous to facilitate communication with stakeholders in Headquarter
