JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Key Account Assistant Manager is a vital role responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients or customers. They are entrusted with the task of ensuring client satisfaction, expanding account opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The KAM acts as the main point of contact between the company and key clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Understand the client's business needs and objectives.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues.
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Monitor account performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a supply chain
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
