Well known heavy industries company is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team
Job Description
- Assist with end to end recruitment process as well as onboarding/offboarding arrangements, etc.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, CPF submission and income tax declaration
- Assist to manage and ensure cost-effective insurance program
- Assist to plan and coordinate the delivery/logistics of training programs
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercises
Manage the recreational budget and activities relating to staff welfare, general well-being and wellness of employees - Assist to prepare HR budgets, logistics arrangement
- Assist in Expat Management
- Liaise with external government agencies and manage internal employee communication
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma specialized in business administration, HR Management or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with minimum 2 years in HR generalist experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Japanese language skills to communciate with Japanese HQ
- Well verse in HR management system (Times Software, SAP Success Factor) and MS office application software
