Job Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for expatriates.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and internal training logistics.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Job Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing
Japanese language is plus to communicate internally and externally.
Additional Details
Salary: Monthly S$4,000-4,700/month (depends on the experience)
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days WFH per week)
