We are partnering with an MNC in the manufacturing industry and they are looking for an HR Assistant Manager strong in talent management to join the team.
Role:
- Planning and execution of HR strategy aligned with the business plan
- Execute talent management including skill mapping, gap analysis, action plan, succession planning, and analysing talent metrics
- Support HR Policy development and improvement in ASEAN and India subsidiaries
- Budget control
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience of HR business planning
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry would be advantageous
- Willing to travel around ASEAN and India on business once every quarter
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
