We are looking for our very first hire in APAC, an inaugural member to spearhead the APAC market expansion. Your role involves developing and delivering compelling technical demonstrations, utilizing strong negotiation skills to secure lucrative deals, and overseeing the entire sales cycle for optimal efficiency. With a focus on masterful presentations to key stakeholders and the integration of SaaS methodologies, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategies. Additionally, contribute to our commitment to responsible business practices by infusing ESG/sustainability knowledge into our overall business approach. Be the driving force behind our success in the dynamic APAC region.
 
Job Responsibilities:
- Assume overall accountability for achieving company’s revenue targets in the APAC region.
- Formulate and execute effective go-to-market strategies tailored for the APAC market.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts grounded in precise market projections to meet company’s strategic objectives. Attain quarterly sales targets and provide accurate sales activity forecasts.
- Foster close collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive company success.
- Oversee and cultivate the growth of the regional sales pipeline.
- Manage and expand key customer accounts while coordinating the management of all other accounts.

Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
- Demonstrate expertise in working within fast-paced and highly cross-functional organizational structures.
- Proven track record in selling technology solutions or ESG/sustainability services
- Ability to generate leads and identify strategic growth areas.
- Proficient in developing business cases that articulate strategy, value propositions, required investments, and financial returns.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to create well-crafted documents and presentations.
- Mastery of the sales process and strategy within enterprise B2B SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
