They are in search of a Head of Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the team in developing, implementing, and continuously improving backend systems.
Analyze processes across business functions to identify opportunities for optimization or reengineering.
Design and deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly workflows aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor system solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in business systems and process optimization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
5 years of hands-on programming and system development experience (Java, VBA, VB, C, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or similar).
Expertise in full software development lifecycle: requirements, architecture, database design, coding, testing, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, sales, budgeting, and expense management systems.
Experience in procurement or finance-related system development and implementation.
Skilled in mentoring engineers and project managers, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
Strong multitasking ability, delivering high-quality results across multiple projects.
